Fees

Days charged include day of admittance and day of departure. Payment must be made in full at time of departure of your cat/s. Payments can be made by cash, cheque, direct deposit and eftpos (1.9% transaction fee applies to eftpos). Payments by cheque or direct deposit can be pre-arranged but must be cleared into our account prior to day of departure.

While we are always happy to accomodate changes to drop off and pick up dates, if you do not collect/or drop off your cat on the day arranged and fail to provide notice the morning of departure/arrival you will be charged until the date of collection including a $30 out of hours fee for failing to provide notice.

Minimum charge is 2 days. This applies to cats staying overnight or staying for the day (ie. drop-off and pick up on the same day).

If you have multiple cats that require separate suites from one another the rate is as a single cat ($18/day) per cat. Please advise when booking if your cats are happy to share a suite or prefer an individual suite. Please note at peak times due to limited spaces separate suites may not be available.

If you cat is on vet speific food please bring their own food.

Boarding fees include free administration of medications and own food specialty diets if required. Please be sure to bring their required medications and foods to enough to cover their stay.

Christmas fee....................................$25 per booking, For cats staying over the christmas period where their stay includes the public holidays; christmas day and boxing day.

Due to limited number of spaces over Christmas and Easter periods the minimum charges during these periods apply: Christmas period is minimum charge of 7 days and Easter period is minimum charge of 5 days. During peak period and school holidays you will be charged for days booked so please book carefully as there is no refund for early departures.

We offer discounts for long term boarding. (up to 3 cats as multiple cats already receive a discount)

1 & 3 month stay.............................5% discount

4 & 5 months stay...........................10% discount

6 months plus stay.........................by negotiation

A pick-up and/or drop-off service is available to your door (Rockhampton to Caves area) Mondays to Friday and is usually carried out between 11 - 3 weekdays. (This service is not available on weekends or Public Holidays.)
