We are open by appointment only.

Bookings are essential for all Inspections, Admissions and Collections so please contact us to arrange a day and time.

Changes to booking require 24 hours notice.

If you want to collect or drop off your cat on a different day than arranged or you are unsure of your pick up date please notify the cattery 24 hours prior. We are always happy to accommodate changes but it is important that we know what days you are coming so we are available.

Due to covid-19 restrictions and requirements to maintain social distancing we are unable to offer inspections of the cattery at this time. This is to ensure the safety of all staff and customers coming to Holly's.


Christmas time and peak periods
Due to limited number of spaces over Christmas and Easter periods the minimum charges during these periods apply: Christmas period is minimum charge of 7 days and Easter period is minimum charge of 5 days. During peak period and school holidays you will be charged for days booked so please book carefully as there is no refund for early departures.

Christmas time always books out. We often start to fill up in October for the Christmas period. You are welcome to make a booking for christmas throughout the year, however you must confirm your booking and dates 6 weeks prior to christmas to secure your booking.

All dates must also be finalised 6 weeks prior to christmas. We can often accommodate changes if you need to extend your cats stay or drop them off earlier, but there is no refund for early departures. A deposit may be required.

Covid -19
Due to Covid-19 restrictions and the requirements to maintain social distancing we have moved the pick-up/drop-off area to just outside the cattery door.
At this time we are not able to allow 'human' customers into the cattery shed or provide internal inspections.
This is to ensure we can adhere to social distancing requirements and to ensure the safety of all staff and customers coming to Holly's.

We ask that is you have traveller from overseas, interstate, or any current hot spots in Queensland within the last 14 days, or are in self isolation that you must not attend site.
Like wise if you are unwell or experiencing any flu like symptoms you must not attend site.

We are able to provide contactless pick-up or drop-off service to your home for you pets as an alternative. (fees apply - please see fee section).
We offer direct deposit as a contactless payment method. We still accept cash and cheques (sorry no eftpos available).
